- Ordering & Booking Policy
- Notice Required: Small party tray and quart orders must be placed at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance. Large events (50 to 75+ guests) require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice to guarantee availability.
- Order Minimums: We require a $150 minimum order for drop-off delivery.
- Order Changes: You can add items or change your menu up to 5 days before your event. We cannot accommodate downsized orders or cancellations within 5 days of the event, as ingredients will already be purchased.
- Payment & Deposit Policy
- Retainer Deposit: To lock in your date for large catering events, a 50% non- refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Your date is not reserved until this deposit is received.
- Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance is due exactly 7 days prior to your scheduled event date.
- Payment Methods: We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and Cash App only.
- Delivery & Setup Policy
- Standard Service: We specialize in Drop-Off Catering. Your food will arrive hot, fresh, and securely sealed in disposable aluminum catering trays or plastic quart containers.
- Delivery Window: We request a 60-minute delivery window (e.g., arrival between 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM) to account for Hillsborough County traffic conditions / construction on major routes like I-75, US-301, and the Selmon Expressway.
- Delivery Fees: $9.75 first 5 miles, .75 each mile after. TBD at time of order.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations 14+ Days Out: If you cancel your event more than 14 days in advance, your 50% deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellations 7-13 Days Out: Cancellations made within this window forfeit the 50% deposit entirely, but no final balance will be charged.
- Cancellations Under 7 Days: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are 100% non-refundable, as kitchen prep, staff scheduling, and local ingredient sourcing will already be finalized.
- Food Safety & Consumption Policy
- Holding Temperature: Per Florida health guidelines, hot food must be kept above 140°F, and cold desserts (like Buko Pandan or Maja Blanca) must be kept below 41°F.
- The 2-Hour Rule: Once food is dropped off, it should not sit out at room temperature for more than 2 hours (or 1 hour if your event is outdoors in the Florida heat).
- Liability Waiver: The client assumes full responsibility for the proper heating, cooling, refrigeration, and safe handling of all leftovers once the delivery drop-off is complete.
